In 2018 I took some staff from the store, I wanted to settle the account in 2019 and the white guy I got on the phone refused, I’ve been trying to reach them to get a settlement amount and settle the debt to no avail and now they have listed me twice on credit score even though they are the ones who are failing me on payment plan
