same day delivery REALLY

<p>I purchased a bedroom suite from Bradlows Sancardia for my anniveresary paid up on the 27th of June 2017 spoke and promised to the sales Rep that the delivery would be the next day but to date as i write this review i have not received my items only to be told daily that the items are on their way or have been picked from Joburg warehouse we will call you soon as to give u an update.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have called the branch manager who has also said he will call me and still i await,such bad customer care and service from such a big company JD Finance Group really need to sort such service standards </p>
