Same day delivery just a font

Bad service from Bradlows Thabong branch. We purchased a washing machine...firstly no documents were given to is to prove we've opened an account or purchased something. No business card or contact number was given for reference, we were not told prior to purchasing the machine that they do not have it in store it has to be delivered from Aeroton. We made the purchase Friday 31st May and was told due to it being month end it won't be delivered tjat day. No one bothered to make follow up with us and now we're inconvenienced to stay home waitong for the stupid delivery not knowing when its being done.
