Sad to have bought a discontinued suite unknowingly!

I bought a bedroom suite for R24000 from Bradlows, Little did I know that I was buying something they have since discontinued because of returns and complains they have had of the suite from customers. It was a 3-year instalment which I managed to pay in full inside 1 year. However, the suite started to crack just after about 6 months. called them and they came to pick it after about a month, they went quiet for over 6 months then called me to tell me that I was supposed to pay a certain amount such that they can start working on it. My advice to non-suspecting innocent clients, it's best you take your time reviewing whatever you may want from them, otherwise, you will seat with something you may never enjoy up until you threw it away.
