RUN AWAY FROM BRADLOWS!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

In less than 2 years, leather couches started cracking and peeling. They were collected from my house about a month ago for possible repairs, I declined the QUOTE of R8000 they had given for repairs and requested them to please return my lounge suite. Claremont store does not want to return my lounge suite. It's been a month now. When I phone them, they are rude on the phone with me and my partner. We have taken the matter to the lawyers as well. I'm getting married this weekend and I have no couches in my house. . I'm emotionally drained and disappointed at Bradlows Claremont. I paid cash for the lounge suite and wall unit, no credit but their service including their managers is very very poor. VERY RUDE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER!!!!!
