Ruined my credit record

They totally ruined my credit record. They won’t debit their money on time and they make it my problem. They chose the debit date for me and they still mess it up. They keep harassing me with calls and emails as if I can’t pay the account when it’s clearly them who fails to do their job; and when I give them a call they say they don’t know what might be the problem. Now how is that my problem. Now my credit score keeps showing as missed payments when I have the money and they won’t debit it. I have to keep paying online. I’m now making it my job to remember to pay on time.

I live to regret ever going there to buy with them.
