Rude *********** store manager

We bought couches for 20k and now the “leather” is pealing and the other couch is damaged inside. We don’t sleep on the couch, nobody hardly at home, no kids. We called the store we bought the couches from and it’s been three months with no resolution nor reference number.

What an incompetence manager we have been dealing with. Every time is we will call you back but they NEVER do.

We believed Bradlows is a good shop that sells quality furniture and most of our furniture is from there.

All we want is to claim warranty but the manager says they don’t sell those couches anymore as if it’s our problem.

Very unprofessional and *********** bunch and I’m livid that as a customer we have to call the store every other day with no resolution.

This is by far the worst customer experience!

Nobody cares but at the end we bought this with out hard earned money hoping for durability based on cost.
