Rude , attitude and bad customer service

The Manager from Bradlows Khayelitsha Branch the Woman she's so rude,have attitude, doesn't have a way of talking,I didn't like her tone as well,I was asking her about delivery how it works is for them or I must organize my own ,she reply "I will go to warehouse myself if I'm using my own transport "with hush hush tone and shouting at her staff members in front of customers.
