Robbing Sick Elderly People and Being Disrespectful

Be very careful of #Bradlows, especially Chatsworth Centre. They ****** my Dad of his money. When my Dad wanted to report the manager, the manager says "do what you want" in the presence of his staff. Obviously quite embarrassing and disrespectful to my Dad. Perhaps #Bradlows sales wasn't good during lockdown and now they resort to robbing sick elderly people? We sent a mail to the manager - no response. Reported the incident to their call centre - agent cut the call on me. Called again spoke to someone else, she took down the details said someone would call back but no one did. Both agents were extremely rude and were very undertrained - like they literally found random people and put them on the phone. I then engaged with #Bradlows via their interactive chat (which is laughable btw). They keep asking for the same info I gave to the call centre. Their responses are robotic and scripted. The supervisor was in a meeting? Seriously?! What meeting could he have been in - this a furniture business not a oil company. The manager from the branch is so busy he cannot respond - is he busy supplying government/NASA with furniture?

Is it worth it to go through all of this hassle? The after service should be just has good as the time they were selling you the goods right? They sure do promise you the world. I strongly urge you not to use any Bradlows. Your hard earned salaries and bonuses (if you were lucky enough to get one) is going to get taken from you in the event you want a refund. They will take the product back and won't give you your money - so a double loss.

I normally don't post on FB, but it annoys me when senior citizens are being ****** by organisations like this. They know most elderly people don't have the energy to stay on the phone for an hour or the capacity to engage digitally so they hope the complaint just goes away.

We work hard for our money. This is not the first time something like this has happened. Indians in Chatsworth are treated inferior to others. Our money is just as good. More important than the money is that we are disrespected. We must stand up for ourselves!!!
