Ridiculous service

I bought a wooden TV stand at Morkels Giyani which cracked a leg after 2 weeks, they came and took it for repairs, instead they broke its back and told me that I would have to pay R500 for both damages which did not make sense to me, they have since returned it with it's damages and no one has bothered to explain to me what is going on, I will never use that shop ever again
