Ridiculous

I have recently app**** for Credit as i needed a few items and was approved for and amount of R30.000 and as i went in to store to finalise my application was then told will get to buy for about R 22.500 and pay R6000 and something which is 30% Deposit i mean why would one apply for credit if they had cash to buy items instead of opening an account because i find that very ridiculous you cant realy expect someone to pay deposit while they app**** for credit because clearly we dont have cash to purchase the items and that is why we open an account...That is somehow ridiculous and stupid at the same time.
