Repayment of Lay-by

I had terrible treatment from Bradlows Kroonstad I bought twin beds with lay-by and I have finished to pay but not beds was given to me. I have tried to get my money back as I have all the receipts for proof of payment but still management of shop taking me up and down with no respect as a customer. It is almost 2years now struggling with this people. They are even failing to repay my money back. I am treated like I never paid anything. I am really disgusted with such unprofessional service from this shop.
