Repairs of a repaired couch

<p>GE- ********** 6-208</p> <p>The given review tittle is the previous repair number of a couch I bought at Morkels. The couch has been with us for more than three months now after they promised to pick it up for furher repairs.</p> <p>I am now very unhappy about how they have handled the whole matter. From the the incident report at the store wher the manager promised to arrange for it to be picked up and when we made a follow up the manager was on leave. After a month we got a call asking if the couch was picked up and when we said no the person promised to come back to us. Its a month after the incident and still nothing. I also tried to email Byron Michaels at the repair centre and he never bothered to respond.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am stuck with the poor quality couch and regreting why I ever engagdinto businesswith them.</p>
