Regarding the communication and my refund

The customer service is very poor. I’ve had an account with bradlows a month ago and cancelled the deal with them because I wasn’t satisfied with the product , I’ve signed the cancellation deal and asked for them to refund me my deposit , called them couple of times even the customer service without any help, they send me from pillar to past give me multiple references even told me they will give me a feedback within 48 hrs which was last week till today I haven’t received my refund and they are not even communicative regarding my query..
