Refusing to refund ****** money

I recently app**** for credit with Bradlows in Silverton, after which my application was approved, so they made me pay a deposit afterwhich they suddenly declined the credit application. It has since been almost three weeks since I have filled in the refund form and to this day I have not recieved a single cent back from Bradlows
