Refused refund

Please advise I have returned a 2 burnner stove with Oven Orion brand, we bought it last year 27 October 2023,at Bradlows Gugulethu Mall.

Both plates are not working, upon returning the assistant told me that they need to send it for repairs as their policy and I will have to count 14 to 21 days after I have received the reference number now how am I supposed to cook, with what while I am waiting, are you not suppose to give me a new stove while this one is on repairs,how is this fixing going to help me because I need a stove ASAP.
