Refuse to provide me with the missing part or replacement

Bought a few things from Bradlows at Mega City in Mmabatho, one of them being a washing machine. Yesterday the washing machine delivered, I was notified beforehand that the only one that was left was the one on display. I was told that I will get a discount. Upon receipt of this machine the machine was not in a box, there are parts missing, causing the machine to spill water. I called the store this morning and was told that they have to log a query and follow procedure. I've only had the machine for a few hours, what procedure is there to follow? Honestly this is an inconvenience.
