Refuse to process refund by bradlows

It’s been almost 2 months since I should have received a refund for a cancelled laybye from bradlows promenade office, everytime I call the store they give new time frames. According to cpa after 7-14 business days of not receiving your refund you need to contact the ombudsman consumer goods and services. Completely unacceptable what they do to consumers
