Refusal to refund

I have been struggling for over a month to get my refund, I bought a Sienna Bedroom Suite and paid cash, 2 days after I made payment I was informed that the store doesn't have stock the product is in production. I then requested a refund on the 6th February 2020, till today 05/03/2020 I am being sent from pillar to post with no luck of me getting my refund
