Refund since im not getting any positive response

I bought a bed at thabong bradlows on the 29 Nov 2019 and was promised to get the bed within 2 days which has never happened..when make follow ups dey promise to get back to me and it doesnt happen...im so frustrated right now and want the refund so that i can go somewhere to get a bed....khanyisile ***
