Refund Rusell/Morkels

<p>I an utterly disgusted by the service I received from Russell and Morkels.....In April I lay buyer a wardrobe from Russel West Street which closed down a month later referring it's business to Morkels...I waited 2 months for my order to appear on their system. Last week I received a call stating that the orders have finally been allocated to Morkels yet today when I went to the them, I was told it was cancelled. The sales Lady from Morkels Aliwal Street Durban has zero customer service....Her approach was very unpleasant and I was told I could only be refunded in 3 weeks.I'm very disgusted by the service </p>
