Refund policy was not explained at the time of lay-by now I want my money back to match their competitor.

I made a lay-by @ Bradlows EastGate, and later went for my refund , they are unfortunately not in a position to assist me with the funds as I need the funds to buy the same product at R2000 less, not even an agent was interested in knowing the reasons for the refund.. May I have my money within 48 hours as I need to replace this urgently .
