REFUND NOT PAID

I had an account with Bradlows since 2018 and have been paying my installments well(R1700pm). Last year (2020) December would have been my last month . I made an arrangement with them to deduct the remaining R2500.00 on the 15th. Bradlows deducted the arranged R2500 and on top of that they deducted an additional R1700(which would have been my instalment had I not made the arrangement) Since the 15th of December, I have not been getting any kind of assistance from Bradlows, even after sending my bank statement and copy of ID, which was requested by one of the consultants. I even went as far as going to the nearest branch and have been doing follow ups since , but all in vain. I have attempted to call their call centre but would not get through and hold for over 30 minutes. This has come as a great inconvenience because that is money that was planned for something else
