Refund me the purchase price or deliver the item purchased urgently

I paid the full purchase price for the Toronto 3 piece wall unit by the end of June 2018. Until now the item has not yet been delivered despite numerous attempts to conscientise both the Bradlows Umzimkulu branch and Bradlows Head Office about delayed delivery. I have been given a run around until now with no relief in site.

Kindly look to this complaint urgently or refund me the purchase price.
