Refund instead of delivery

So last week I made a purchase of 2 polo coffee tables from bradlows online and made payment. The following day when I check my order it shoes canceled and today even after lodging a complaint someone calls me to say I must provide an ID number and account number for a refund. What kind of service is this because they didn't even have the decency to communicate with me prior to the cancelation. I just need my 2 tables
