Refund from Bradlows

I bought a gas heater online on the 19th of November 2023 from Bradlows which was only delivered on the 1st of December 2023.

I tested the heater and it did not work and proceeded to ask for refund on the 8th of December (I was assisted by Mbali Banda), she advised that I should take it to the Randburg Bradlows which I did on the 8th.

It is the 6th of December and I still do not have my refund or a heater. I have been in touch with their customer service team and WhatsApp services with no proper answers.

I was told a refund takes 14 days and that they are waiting for their supplier to do a credit note. It’s been almost a month with no clear answer as to when I will get my refund back.
