Refund for my blender(Mo-sunb-***)

I bought my Sunbeam Glass Jug Blender at Bradlows online on the 18th of July 2025. The blender stopped working within a week of having it, i emailed them and they told me to return it to my nearest Bradlows store and they will give me an exchange of the product when they have it. I waited for 5 months and they haven't given me an exchange. I waited for to long i just need my refund and i sent emails for my refund and they do no want to refund me.
