Refund

I bought a bed at Bradlows Secunda with Anelisa and the branch manager on the 20th of August 2025 , I went to look for accommodation that the struggled to find. I went to the shop to ask a refund on the 15 of September 2025and submitted everything, never got my refund until today , I am calling the store everyday and they are telling me they have escalated. Today they told me they will start afresh and log a new refund request on the system. I don't know how it really works with Bradlows. I called the Head office with no assistance.
