Refund

Very bad experience at Esikhawini bradlows store. I am yet to recieve my refund for a laybye. There is R500 (Direct deposit) i paid in October 2020. Customer care said i should submit reciept to the store and I did and to date it has not been allocated to my account. Went to the store three times to get feedback but they dont know. Called customer service myself but I am not being assisted. Ended up asking for my money back but I cant get all my money, I can only get the money i paid directly in the store. They said they will pass the matter to the regional manager last year december, but I have called twice already in 2021, the store does not have feedback for me. They refuse to give me the regional managers number so that I can enquire for myself. I just need my money back, so I can go and buy a bed in another shop.
