Ref ***. You *********** idiotic fools

For God sake please avoid opening an account with Bradlows. You will get harrased monthly to pay, even though you you have a debit order set up like i do!!

My debit order did not get struck yesterday. I phoned in at 09:54 and spoke to Bongile. She said the problem is with them and some banks and it's will strike today. At 1pm i get a threatening SMS stating i have not stuck to the payment arrangements and i must contact them to make payment arrangements. I phone the *** number again and wait..... At 13:10 i spoke to Nokuthula in the debit orders department. She apologised and said they had a problem in the 25th with banks rejecting their strike!! Not my ****ing fault idiots!!!

Bradlows have been nothing more than a nightmare since i purchased a bed which Sealy themselves replaced because Bradlows said they can't due to Covid!!! (This was after 8 days of owning the disaster bed set)

You must be the most pathetic business I've ever dealt with. There's bad and then there's Bradlows and their collections department!! You can't get anything right, you're so ****ing irritating and unprofessional that i resent ever opening an account with you. Get your ****ing act together you ****ers!!! The money is in my account-debit me, take it and get off my ****ing case!!!!
