Recliner couches

I bought recliner couches in Dec 2024 after they delivered 2 days after I logged a complaint that the two sitter doesn't recline I was told they will attend to it, this is the 2rd month still no one has attended to it. I ws assisted by Lerato who apparently does not do aftersale check in with customer once a sale is concluded and get her comm, she cares less.... Bradlows westgate I am defeated shame
