Really bad service

Me and my Fiance saw a really nice lounge suit at Morkels that we wanted to buy. The lounge suit was going on special the 20th of May and we were told to wait to pay so that we can get the reduced price. That was acceptable .<br> <br> We were told by the manageress on Monday 18 May that she has plenty stock of the Idaho suites and we must come Wednesday 20 May to pay then she will deliver it. I went Wednesday to pay for the suit and she said all of a sudden they don't have stock of them anymore. She promised me that she would have 1 within 48 hours.<br> <br> I agreed and phoned her today(Friday 22 May) and she said the suite is on its way and the truck will deliver by them at around 13:00<br> <br> I went to Morkels Welkom at 14:00 to pay for the suit and she informed me that she is still waiting for the truck but assured me it was on its way. I wanted to pay for the suit but she was reluctant to take payment and said I must rather wait until the sofas arrive.<br> <br> At 16:00 I called her again having not heard from her yet. She said she will phone the truck and find out where they are. 10min later a sales lady phones me to tell me that they didnt deliver the sofa and they can maybe help me next week. pathetic
