Quality of the bed and exchange

This query is not about the staff, they gave me 100% service.

But its about the Bed set i bought there in September 2024, Serta Apollo Queen at the Durban west street branch. Im not happy about the quality of the bed, i feel that it wont give me the longevity that i need and its not firm.

I want to find out if i can exchange the bed and take a different bed? Do i still have that option?
