****PY CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>We purchased a washing machine and a double bed from you about 2 months ago.We we're planning to just pay off these items and purchase again, but after the **** service i received from you company!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!</p> <p>The washing machine stopped working after about 4 washes. I spoke to Iresha on Monday 7 August 2017 who said i must just bring the serial number. The Tuesday i logged my complaint with Amelia, who said a technician will contact me either the same day or the next day. No one contacted me. The 9th was a public holiday, so i didn't bother contacting. The 10th I contacted again, and by the sound of it Amelia only contacted a technician at that time. Again i was assured someone would contact me, no contact was made. The 11th i contacted too many times to mention. These were the responses i received:</p> <p> </p> <p>* The technician was there on the 10th but no one was home.....BULL****!!!! He apparently left a card.Where?</p> <p>*Amelia then say she called multiple times on the number i gave her, but no one answers. BULL****!! I immediately called the number and my mom says no one called after the first call Amelia made</p> <p>* The technician eventually calls and says he was in my road today and yesterday, but he couldn't find my house, he even went to my neighbours but no one knows me
