Purchising of goods. DSTV EXPLORA HD DECODER ,HIFI LOUNGE SUITE

<p>I recently purchased a DSTV HD Explora decoder and some other goods at Bradlows in Sabie Mpumelanga . They came and deliver the goods that i purchased. I Pluged in the explora and was not working . I phoned the store and ask them what was wrong . they blatend said i must sort it out . i phoned the DSTV offices , They told me i must buy a exra box and wiring so the Explora can work. I went to Bradlows and discussed this with the maniger. She told me that this is my problim to sort out , I told them they must take the DSTV EXPRORA back and cancell it . The maniger told me she can not do that. I can not buy somthing that i cant use , i dont have the extra money to buy the extra box and wires. The following day i took the DSTV HD EXPLORA to Bradlows and told them they must sort out the account . The sales man told me he can give me money for the Explora then the account is ok .
