Purchased and tried calling but they simply don't care

I have purchased a bed from them online which was a mistake I have spoke too them on live chat emailed them too cancel the order and get a refund but they don't answer emails or calls. What kind of company is this? All I want is my money back which they cannot simply care about. They are very fast too take the money but then don't care about the customers thereafter. This is a pathetic company. If I do not receive a reply from them regarding either my refund or order I will be taking them too court. They cannot be robbing clients. Well at least respond so we know what's going on. This is a useless company with useless people
