Purchased a brand new coffee table and got a second hand

On the 08-07-2019 I went Bradlows in Festival Mall and opened an account. I was approved then I made a purchase of a queen bed, television stand and coffee table. I informed them that I need those iterms by 11-07-2019 and I was informed by Thabiso who was handling my account that they will even deliver them earlier that that. On the 11-07-2019 I wanted to confirm and so I contacted the branch and I was told Thabiso is in a meeting and that he will contact me in 20 minutes. which he did not even after leaving more that 3 messages. I then decided to go there after work I was met by a lady called Magaret who had initialy assisted me with the purchase. I asked what was happening and she informed that they will be delivered in the morning before 10h00am. So I decided not to go to work and wait for them. However in the morning I was contacted by their wharehouse informing me that they will only deliver them the next day.

I had to go back to the store to find out what was going on. I saw Thabiso who was assisting me with the account who just ignored me all the time pretending to be in a phone call. I had to settle for a bed which was on display as I needed it the most and organize my own transportation which cost me R200 extra. When they eventually delivered my iterms the coffee table was very old it was like a second hand. That was really bad service
