promise not fulfilled

It was on the 16 of Dec when we buy a bedroom suit on credit and a bed for cash, we were told that they gonna deliver 2 pillows and a linen as they were going together with a bed it was a special, bed was delivered without them and later on we called them and they promised that as soon as they arrive they will let us know, we called 3 times and the last time when we call we were told that the warehouse is still closed they will contact us, since that time it was Jan no one called.
