Product defect and bad service

I bought a couch from bradlows in randburg in July and 5 says after it was delivered the couch started tearing and stitches opening. I sent an email to them and instead of exchanging the product they took the product in for repairs. So now I call them and they say this could take up to 30 days, meanwhile it's been way over days of logging the query. Their call Centre agents are useless, when you call for a follow up no body gives you a straight answer. I am appauld by the service I've received from them. It's actually obsurd. I am even considering taking the issue the ombudsman because clearly I will be without a couch for the next month of I don't
