Problem with delivery

I bought a bed online from Bradlows and I was told my delivery would come on Thursday (08/02) and that I should call customer service if I want to change. I called and changed in to Friday (09/02) because I knock off earlier and would be able to receive my delivery. I made this change on Monday (05/02) but a driver called me on Wed (07/02) to tell me they want to deliver, I told them I requested and they said okay. Friday, they never came and when I called customer service on Sat, I was told that the warehouse is closed for the weekend and that they can only log in a complaint for me but there is nothing more they can do from their side! Was also told that the warehouse might take 24-48 hours to process complaints. Now I just received an SMS saying they will deliver on the 19th of Feb while they still haven't given me a reason of why they didn't deliver on Friday. This is very disappointing, this was my first and last time buying anything from Bradlows!!!!
