PRICE OVERCHARGE

Good morning everybody I would just like to make other people aware about my experience at Bradlows Port Shepstone. I saw a black friday special for a lounge suite R13999 on facebook. I went into the store on friday 29th in the afternoon. I saw the lounge suite as advertised. I then decided to pop into the furniture store next door but didnt find anything suitable. I then came back and decided to settle for the bradlows set. The manageress named Roxanne Govender who is also the cashier processed the sale and swiped my card. Only after that she handed me the invoice then i noticed that the price charged was not R13999 but R17999. When i queried this i was then informed that the price went up durin the time while we were makin up of minds. I refused to accept this and then the manageress admitted that it was a mistake on her part and i mus bring mh bank statement and come for a refund. I submitted the id and bank statement on monday and as of today i am still tryin to get my refund. They use every excuse in the book for their ineffecient service. I hope nobody else has to go through this cos now they have used my money that was suppose to be for other essentials. As of sat 07 dec 2019 still.no refund.
