Port service delivery and communication

I placed and order on 17 January and expected delivery to be in 2 to 5 days, I have been following up and I was told on Monday that I’ll review communication in 24 hours which was supposed to be yesterday. This service is appalling and I want my money back since you guys are so ***********.
