Port Elizabeth North end Bradlows manager is a *****

2019 I bought a TV cash at bradlows in Port Elizabeth North end,last year 2022 the TV happened not to show pictures then I took it to the store because it was still under warranty,they replaced me with the other one.This year year on the 12 February the TV just went off while we were still watching so the next day I took it back to the store because it is still under warranty.The manager told me to leave it.The following week he called me to say the TV has the ink on screen and he advised me to report the matter to the Ombudsman,I got shocked for that to come out from the manager of the store and I even told him they failed to do their dilutes because when I dropped the TV at the store it was never checked and I know my TV never had ink.Please I need help because now it's the second week without TV at my house I'm really not impressed with the way they handled my complaint.I will never ever in my life purchase anything from Bradlows and I wouldn't even advise anyone to purchase from that shop.
