Poorest Service from Bradlows

I bought a Bedroom suite in Mafikeng megacity. The delivery has soo poor, I received my goods midnite. Even after that they didnt bring right *****s for my dressing table. I reported the matter, warehouse sent their handy man, he came with ***** that dont fit. I wondered why would someone leave Roslyn Pretoria to Roodeport with wrong *****s. The decision then was a new dressing table be delivered again. After soo many promises, it eventually came. Again the dressing table had small *****s as the one delivered before for the handles from Roslyn warehouse. Wondered the 2nd dressing table was meant to solve the error, which again was repeated, Roslyn warehouse soo useless employees. This is soo poor service after money has been paid for the goods. I paid in cash, and not bought thru instalment. The service horrible, their transport cant deliver on time in both occassions. Some of their drivers cant comunicate properly as they cant speak English nor undertand it. Its just someone with driver licence without any knowledge of custoner service whatsoever. I wonder what kind of business are they rendering. I will never buy from Bradlows, they Delivery system is horrible, their Transport system not coordinated and sooo poor to the core. Whichever company was given a tender is soo useless. The supply chain is soo weak. No link between store and their Warehouses activities, they are not monitored. This has been the most horrible purchase I have ever received from a furniture shop. I will not recommend anyone to buy at Bradlows, please fire the woman handling warehouse in Roslyn and the Delivery çompany they are using because they are chasing away Bradlows customers. Transport/Delivery guy replace them, soo useless.
