poorest customer service

Went to bradlows kimberley branch with the excitement to lay bye a refrigerator for my grandmother as a mother day present cause I love to spoil her for every occasion there is cause i am who i am because of her ,met with a very nice saleslady who assist me very well and she went to the cashier and the cashier was not there,she looked around for the cashier and I waited,waited and waited she even called the manager for assistance and the manager came instead of been polite by apologising,with an attitude he said i should go ahead and call the head office he said there is nothing he can do,the store is short staff and the cashier came,he told the cashier to give me the head office number and walked away,the cashier agreed emphasising she will give me the head office numbers,I stood in the office with still no help and decided to go I'm so disappointed and feel sorry for bradlows management and the business it's self not forgetting it's customers if that's how the manager treat they future potential customers,will rather go shop elsewhere
