POOR SERVICES

I submitted a complaint a few weeks ago with regards to the mattress I had bought at the kriel store in July 2021, they told me that they had logged a complaint on my behalf and will contact me soon. Till this day I have not heard from them.

I then went on to log the complaint on the Bradlows online store only for me to get the same poor service. They can't even tell me how far in the process is my complaint or even provide me with contact details of the relevant department. All they tell me is that I need to be patient, how do you become patient when the bed that is less than a year old has springs coming out!!

I am extremely disappointed!
