Poor service, worse quality

3 years ago i bought couches from bradlows. Shortly after that, it began cracking. After quite a hassle, it was taken fir repairs and i settled the account and guess what? The couches started cracking again! After numerous complaints, they agreed to pick up the couches for repairs. Upon following up i was told that i need to pay R7000 as they believe it cracked due to negligence. Oh no darling, it cracked due to poor quality. To make a long story short, bradlows is refusing to fix their bad quality couches and i have to start saving all over again to be able to afford new couches. I feel like i have been ****med by a so called reputable company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
