Poor service terrible service from Bradlows Pretoria CBD

I had the worst experience wit Bradlows Pretoria CBD. So I bought a bed in July 2019 the bad was poor quality. I wrote many complaints to Bradlows regarding the bed they never responded to any of my emails. Only on 2021 someone by the name of Lindiwe called me from Bradlows asking me to come buy at Bradlows I informed her that will never happen as Bradlows are selling **** poor quality furniture. She advised me that she will log another complaint so I can get assistance regarding the **** poor quality bed they sold me. She did and someone called me saying they will replace the bed they kept on promising to deliver a new bed but when I call they drop the call in my ear and block my number. Monique and Lindiwe has been rude and making empty promises till today I have not receive a new bed. The service was POOR and I plead with everyone reading this review to please never never ever buy something from Bradlows its a **** and you will regret later.
