Poor service ladybrand

My moms fridge broke down while on guarantee and she was told they will repair it after 14working days no specific date while sh Ben reported the matter earlier from Bradlows ladybrand . The fridge has less than a year but already it’s not working all our food spoiled in this heat really disappointed
