Poor service from Bradlows

I bought a dining room set from bradlows in Lydenburg Mpumalanga September 2019 I reported to them in December that my chairs are sagging I was told that the suppliers is closed and that they will assist me in January. In January 2020 they collected my dinner room chairs. I was called in February and the lady from Bradlows head office that called me transfered me to the supplier. A very rude man who told me that there is nothing that they can do with me chairs as the dining room suite is manifactures in that way. After I spoke with the supplier I never received any feedback from bradlows regarding me chiars. We are already heading for end of March I still have not received any feedback. I went into the store in Lydenburg where I bought the set and I was told my the manager that the complaint has been referred back to the store and he does not know what to do regarding the complain. He then informed me that he will have to lodge a new complaint and I told him I can not do that because then I'll have to wait another 4 months and still if the set is manufactured the way it is I'll be fighting a losing battle. I suggested that they take back the whole set because I can not use and pay for something that I am not satisfied with.
